The Aviva method

The method

This method was developed by Aviva Steiner and is based on more than 30 years of research. Specific pelvic exercises stimulate the blood circulation in the pelvic area intensively, which triggers the hormone production.

The positive effects of these exercises can then be seen in different body parts.

When is it useful to do these exercises?

  • In case of heavy or painful menstruation
  • In case of irregular menstruation
  • Various difficulties in the pelvic area can be positively affected
  • Unfulfilled desire to have children
  • For relief of menopausal symptoms
  • Help with weight increase
  • Incontinence
  • To regain and preserve youthfulness
  • Men can also be helped with different problems

The Aviva method is a simple method to actively influence hormonal processes and thus take health into one’s own hands.

Aviva Steiner

Aviva Steiner from the book The Aviva Method S.O.S. for Women by Aviva Steiner and Livia Toth

Aviva Steiner was born in 1930 in Budapest.

At the age of five, she fell ill with an unknown disease, for which there was no cure. Aviva healed herself through gymnastic exercises. This way, she experienced on her own body how important systematic movements and exercises are for one’s health. She became a dancer and worked later as a therapist, so she could make her knowledge available to the sick.

Over the years, she discovered the healing effects on the reproductive organs and developed the Aviva method.

We owe this method to her confidence in the regenerative abilities of the body, the consistent development of the exercises and, most of all, her distinct observation skills.
